Note that the steps below must be performed on your mobile device, while not connected to the TRANSCO-User wireless network
After installing the My TRANSCO mobile app for the first time, you must manually trust it on your phone.
1. Go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management
2. Under the "Enterprise App" heading, tap "Abu Dhabi Transmission and Despatch Company"
3. Tap "Trust Abu Dhabi Transmission and Despatch Company"
4. Tap "Trust" in the dialog
This app is used to browse documents in TRANSCO's ECM system. You must already have an account in the ECM system and be able to access it from your PC before you can use it on your mobile device.
The first time you open the OpenText Content Server Mobile app, you must configure it to connect to TRANSCO's OpenText ECM server.
Copy/paste the following address into the Server address field in the app: https://ecmmob.transco.ae
You can log in to the ECM system with your normal PC username and password. You must also specify an offline PIN, which will allow you to access offline documents in ECM, when you are not connected to the Internet.
